Default option is 1 table.  Second table allowed.

** To pay by credit card, click on PayPal then you will see another option to pay directly by credit. Do note that completing PayPal info will return you back to the billing/order confirmation/information page as PayPal does not pass along who paid and such for some reason.  Probably a security thing so it will feel like filling out the form 2x. **
